Volcano Poem

Volcano

Magma,

Melted, molten rock,

Like soup that boils,

In a crock...

Beneath the Earth,

It rolls and roils,

Beneath the Earth,

It turns and toils...

Pressure grows,

Magma escapes,

Blows through holes,

Of different shapes...

Mountain cones,

Ring of fire,

Volcanoes blow,

Ash flies higher!

Magma flows,

Becomes hot lava,

Cools to make,

A place like Java...

Magma comes,

From underground,

And flows in lava,

All around...

Listen now,

Don't interrupt,

When volcanoes blow,

They do erupt!

Volcanoes can erupt Volcanos can melt people When a Volcano erupts it sends out ash Magma forms below the volcano Lava’s from magma When a volcano erupts it is load There are many volcanos around New Zealand An extinct volcano does not have any magma in it A volcano can be caused to erupt from movements of tectonic mistakes. There are usually earthquakes when a volcano erupts. Lava is extremely HOT ! There are usually rocks that come out of volcanos. Earthquakes can cause volcanic eruption.
